macgram, its name and its logo belong to Timëo Soeur. The software is released under the MIT licence with the Commons Clause: it is free to use for everyone, companies included, but you may not sell it, or sell a product or service that derives most of its value from its features.
The diagrams you create with macgram belong to you. The publisher claims no rights over them and has no access to them.
