Terms of use

Last updated:

These terms govern the use of the macgram.redyd.dev website, the online editor and the desktop app. Using the website means you accept them.

Service

The online editor and the desktop app are free and need no account. The software is released under the MIT licence with the Commons Clause, which governs its use and redistribution and forbids selling it.

Your diagrams

Your diagrams belong to you and stay on your device: the website does not back them up. Remember to save them; a tab closed without saving loses its changes.

AI assistant

The desktop app's assistant uses Claude Code or Codex, installed and signed in by you. Its use is governed by the terms of those services, and you remain responsible for checking the diagrams it produces.

Upcoming accounts

Accounts and diagram sharing are coming soon. They will come with additional terms, published on this page before they open.

Availability and warranty

The website and the software are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The service may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time, without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the publisher is not liable for data loss or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or the software.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, in particular through bulk automated requests or intrusion attempts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
